The Galaxy Entertainment Macao International Marathon is one of the biggest annual marathon events in the city. As the title sponsor, Galaxy Macao organizes a variety of festive activities at their signature carnival to engage participants and their families.

The event's theme is retro-inspired, featuring an 8-bit design applied to signage, booths, and interactive games to enhance the overall experience.
The resort's mascot, Wavey the peacock「童」, has also underwent a visual transformation into an 8-bit sprite.
